Badminton Asia Announces Three- Year Partnership with Reddentes Sports

Badminton Asia today announces Reddentes Sports as its official Media Rights partner for the next three years. Singapore’s leading sports marketing firm Reddentes Sports has secured exclusive worldwide broadcast rights of the Badminton Asia Championships. The deal runs from 2025 to 2027 and will include coverage of all editions of the Badminton Asia Championships and Badminton Asia Team Championships during that period. This latest deal reinforces the sports rights company’s commitment to enhancing broadcast coverage of sports in Asia.

The events for which Reddentes Sports has broadcast rights for over the next three years are:

  • 2025 Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championship in Qingdao
  • 2025 Badminton Asia Championships in Ningbo
  • 2026 Badminton Asia Team Championships
  • 2026 Badminton Asia Championships
  • 2027 Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championships
  • 2027 Badminton Asia Championships

The Badminton Asia Championships, the flagship event, has been a mainstay of the badminton scene in Asia and crowns the best players in the continent every year; BWF Grade 2 Level 2 category (Highest of all Continental Individual Championships). The team and mixed team events were later added in recent years to crown the best teams and mixed teams in the region. Indonesia’s Jonatan Christie and Chinese world No. 1 Wang Zhiyi are the defending men’s and women’s singles champion respectively, while South Koreans Baek Ha-na and Lee So-hee won the women’s doubles title in Ningbo this year. Chinese teams are holders of the men’s doubles (Liang Weikeng and Wang Chang) and the mixed doubles (Feng Yanzhe and Huang Dongping) titles. China are also defending champions of the men’s team event while India grabbed the women’s title in this year’s final.
