BAC President, Mr. Anton Subowo and Secretary General, Greg Kim paid a courtesy visit to Malaysia’s Sports Minister Y.B. Mr. Khairy Jamaluddin Abu Bakar at Putrajaya (the Malaysian administration capital) recently.
They were accompanied by Badminton Association of Malaysia’s (BAM) Deputy Presidents, YBhg. Datuk Seri Mohd Norza Zakaria and YBhg. Tan Sri Dr. Ir. Haji Mohamed Al-Amin Haji Abdul Majid (who is also BAC Vice President).
The visit was realised with the arrangement by BAM, which aims to boost cooperations between BAC, BAM and the Malaysian Sports Ministry.
This courtesy visit provided great opportunity for deepening of the mutual understanding and chart future exploration to develop the sport in Asia, with support from member nation such as Malaysia.
