Badminton Asia congratulates Tan Sri Dato’ Sri (Dr.) Mohamad Norza Zakaria, the Honorary President of Badminton Asia, on his recent election as the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) Vice-President for Southeast Asia.
Tan Sri Dato’ Sri (Dr.) Norza, also the Olympic Council of Malaysia President and former Badminton Association of Malaysia President, won the post unopposed for the 2024-2028 term at the 44th OCM General Assembly in New Delhi, India.
Badminton Asia is delighted with his election and is confident he will contribute to the growth, development and promotion of our beloved sport throughout Asia. He has extensive experience and his knowledge will go a long way to helping our member nations.
Badminton Asia also extends our congratulations to Madam Noura Aljasmi for being elected as a new member of the OCA Executive Board for the term 2024-2028. She is the Vice-President of Badminton Asia.
