For almost a week, 12 players under the , have been motivated to continue to improve their individual abilities and skills under the supervision of former Malaysian badminton players, Datuk Rashid Sidek, Master Selvamuthu Ramasamy and Mohan Subramaniam Mohan.
Datuk Rashid and the coaching staff have been monitoring and evaluating the players – on and off the court.
After being introduced to the need for focus and methodology in warming up as well as testing fitness levels, the players were also exposed to refining their communication skills.
Each player will go through an interview session where they will have to answer questions with the aim of building confidence in communication during the interview session after the match.
The players will also compete against local players in singles, men’s and women’s doubles and mixed doubles to test and evaluate the level of the players after almost a week of undergoing this program.
