Marfuah Victor Exist Jakarta Open Junior International 2016 is the first tournament to implement the Badminton Asia Junior Under-17 and Under-15 ranking points. The ranking point system is an extension to the current junior world ranking points, which only given to tournaments for Under-19 age group.

Thus, these budding future stars will have more to look forward to besides focusing to win the current event they participating in.
