The Badminton Asia Exco today expressed its delight with the signing of the appointment of the Media Rights Partner.
Badminton Asia President Mr. Kim Jong Soo, who chaired today’s exco meeting said he was looking forward to the expansion of coverage to more nations around the world.
“Badminton Asia’s major events attract the world’s leading players and this is reflected in the extensive interest from broadcasters around the world. A wider audience will have the opportunity to watch our competitions beginning next year,” said Mr. Kim
Badminton Asia recently appointed Reddentes Sports Pte. Ltd (Singapore) as the Media Rights Partner.
The partnership, signed for three years from 2025 to 2027, will see the company managing the rights for the Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championship in Qingdao and Badminton Asia Championships in Ningbo in 2025, Badminton Asia Team Championships and Badminton Asia Championships in 2026, and the Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championships and Badminton Asia Championships in 2027.
The exco was also updated on various Badminton Asia matters for the period between April and October 2024.
