Job Purpose
Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring office operations and providing administrative support to the office.
- Maintains office supplies, anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders.
- Maintains office equipment, calling for repairs and other office support.
- Perform administrative-related errands such as going to the post office, bank etc.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems: phone calls, appointments, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- To attend to guests/visitors professionally and in a helpful manner.
- Undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required.
Experience Required
- General knowledge of administration.
- Able to work independently, have good communication skills, and multitasking
Education and Qualifications Required
Minimum Diploma or Graduate Degree qualification in any subject.
Any Additional Requirements (Language skills, Computer Skills)
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Administration
- Proficiency in Systems, organizing and Filling of the documents.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate, prioritization skills with attention to detail and manage well at all levels of the organization.
- Highly proficient in English language (written and spoken) & Bahasa Melayu.
Salary
RM2500 – RM4000
