Haji Antin Bin Ahad, the long serving President of Brunei Badminton Association had paid a courtesy visit to Badminton Asia secretariat. He was in Kuala Lumpur for another function but despite his busy schedule, he managed to steal some free time to visit the secretariat.
The visit was a fruitful one as it provided great opportunity for deepening of the mutual understanding and chart future exploration to develop the sport in Brunei, with support from Badminton Asia.
Haji Antin also expressed that Brunei is ready to revitalise in hosting international events and is looking into having Brunei International Challenge at the end of the year. Badminton Asia is fully supportive of Brunei's initiatives and will cooperate closing with them to make it into reality.
