Kim Won-ho-Seo Seung-jae from South Korea continued their domination in the Men’s Doubles this year with another stellar performance to capture the China Masters 2025 title at the Shenzhen Arena.

In the final, Won-ho-Seung-jae overcame India’s Satwiksairaj Rankireddy-Chirag Shetty 21-19, 21-15 for the China Masters 2025 crown, which was also their seventh BWF World Tour title this year.
The World Champion and world No. 1, Won-ho-Seung-jae’s victory gave South Korea their second title at the China Masters, following the earlier win by another world No. 1 in An Se-young in the Women’s Singles.
The 23-year-old Olympic champion wrapped up her eighth BWF World Tour crown in 2025 when she put down the challenge of Han Yue for the home team.
Se-young put up a superb display to win 21-11, 21-3 in just 33 minutes.

South Korea could have added a third title at the China Masters 2025, but the pair of Kim Hye-jeong and Kong Hee-yong could not surpass China’s Jia Yifan-Zhang Shuxian in the final of the Women’s Doubles.
Yifan and Shuxian’s win revived the host nation’s hope of victory after Han Yue’s defeat at the hands of Se-young in straight games.
Yifan-Shuxian took the first match 21-19 before conceding the second match 16-21.
However, the world No. 3 pair Yifan-Shuxian followed up their win at the Hong Kong Open last week to take the third match 21-13 and the Women’s Doubles title.

Host China then added a second title through the Men’s Singles when Weng Hong Yang outplayed Lin Chun Yi from Chinese Taipei 21-11, 21-15.
In the meantime, Dechapol Puavaranukroh-Supissara Paewsampran from Thailand beat Malaysians Chen Tang Jie-Toh Ee Wei 21-8, 21-17 for the Mixed Doubles title.
